Human Value is a human resources consulting firm based in Thessaloniki, Greece, working with companies across the country. Founded and led by Theodoros Panagiotopoulos, a senior HR consultant and trainer with more than 25 years of experience, the firm provides three core services: HR consulting, recruitment, and training.

HR Consulting

We help Greek and international companies operating in Greece design and implement practical HR solutions, tailored to the real needs and size of each organization. At the core of our services are compensation and reward systems, job evaluation and grading, salary structure design, and pay policies, including alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, a topic that is becoming increasingly important for companies who want to be prepared well before compliance becomes mandatory.

We recognize that a first-time supervisor stepping up from a technical role has very different development needs from a seasoned executive managing multiple teams, so every program is tailored to the audience's actual level of experience, their day to day challenges, and the specific culture of the organization we are working with. This customization extends to the format as well. Programs are delivered in Greek or English, and can take place on site or online, depending on what works best for the client's teams and schedules.

Theodoros has worked in human resources for more than 25 years, both as a consultant and as an executive in major companies in Northern Greece, as well as in Greek and international multinationals. He has reviewed more than 53,000 CVs and interviewed over 7,000 candidates in Greece and abroad.

He holds an MBA from the University of Macedonia and is a regular speaker on HR and career topics at conferences and academic institutions. He works in Greek and English.
