On behalf of our customer, a European multinational, we are looking for a


Paper Sales & Trading Executive 
Istanbul, Turkey | Position Code: TUR-1020

The company 


Our client is a European multinational firm in the Recycling and Paper Trading sector.  We are looking for an experienced sales professional with an interest in business development and very good communication skills.  This is a position with great professional growth potential in a commercial-oriented company.  Strong, experienced back office support is provided by the company headquarters so that the job holder can focus on business development.




  • Sales of paper products

  • Sourcing paper and board grades from the market

  • Research and identify new market opportunities in the Turkish market

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication and set up meetings

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients

  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices

  • Managing customer/supplier relationships

  • Following up on the import/export operations

  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth


The ideal candidate


  • Experience in the Paper and Waste Paper industry 

  • Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients

  • Strong communication, sales and presentation skills

  • Very good command of English (official company language)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

  • Availability to travel within the country for meetings with current and potential clients
