Sales & Trading Executive - Paper & Board 
Mexico City, Mexico | Position Code: MES-0920

The company 

 

Our client is a European multinational firm in the Recycling and Paper Trading sector.  We are looking for an experienced sales professional with an interest in business development and very good communication skills.  This is a position with great professional growth potential in a commercial-oriented company.  Strong, experienced back office support is provided by the company headquarters, so that the job holder  can focus on business development.


 

Responsibilities​

 

  • Research and identify new market opportunities in the local market

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication and set up meetings

  • Having meetings with clients to promote the company products and services

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients

  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices

  • Sourcing paper and board grades from the market

  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth

 

The ideal candidate

 

  • Experience in the Paper & Board sector

  • Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients

  • Strong communication, sales and presentation skills

  • Very good command of English (official company language)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

  • Availability to travel within the country for meetings with current and potential clients
