Digital Sales Representative
Based in Thessaloniki | Position Code: DIS-1020



About the company and the position


Out client is an established online commercial firm with B2B and B2C sales channels.  The company is expanding and is looking for a person that will handle online B2B customers (E-shops and commercial companies) and increase sales.  This is not a telemarketing or customer service job. It is a desk-based B2B sales job.  No travelling required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new market opportunities in the Greek market

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication

  • Understanding customer needs and proposing suitable products

  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to drive innovation

  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices

  • Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction



Qualifications & Competencies


  • Experience in sales, marketing or digital marketing (1-2 years)

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Dynamic, outgoing personality

  • Familiarity with online tools (email, social media, e-mail marketing tools etc.)

  • Fluent in English

  • Ideally, degree in Business or Marketing

  • Customer-centric approach
